Graphic & Media Developer — SaaS | Hybrid or Relocate to Malta

We’re looking for a Graphic & Media Developer to create stunning visuals, animations, and video content that bring our SaaS platform to life across marketing, customer success, and training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visual Storytelling: Design and produce graphics, animations, and video content to support marketing campaigns, product overviews, customer onboarding, and training modules.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to develop visual assets for web, LinkedIn, Microsoft marketplaces, and digital ads.
• Training & Support Content: Produce clear, engaging visual content (walkthroughs, explainers, UI animations, product demonstrations) for internal and customer-facing use.
• Brand Development: Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual style across media, from pitch decks to product UI to social assets.
• Tool & Platform Expertise: Work with industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and screen recording tools to deliver polished, professional content.
• Multi-Market Sensitivity: Create media that is adaptable across regions (APAC, EU, US) and customer types (GovTech, Environmental, Resources, Energy).

About You

• 3+ years in graphic design or media development, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, animation, and video editing capabilities
• Comfort working with brand guidelines and creating visual consistency across assets
• Able to balance creativity with clarity and usability
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams
• Bonus: Familiarity with UI/UX design or eLearning content production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
