Please note that this will be an office based position based in Nantwich, Cheshire, North West, England
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, develop and deliver the firm’s digital acquisition strategy; increasing the firm’s brand profile and online routes to market in order to support achievement of the business plan objectives set by the Management Committee.
This role offers a competitive salary together with a bonus structure.
Key Accountabilities:-
Website promotion & content management
- To act in accordance with the firm’s website policy
- To develop and execute a targeted content marketing strategy; writing and publishing rich content for the firm’s websites as well as ongoing optimisation of existing content
- To drive increased traffic to the website through various channels including but not limited to PPC, Organic, referred channels, social media, email marketing campaigns, online directories, partner sites
- Using web analytics software to monitor performance of the firm’s websites; reporting to board and suggesting improvements where required
Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Developing strategies to drive increased traffic and revenue via high ranking organic search results
- Conducting key word research to inform SEO planning and development
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Management of Google My Business listings and Google Map rankings
- Recommend changes to website design, content, linking and any other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Pay per click (PPC) campaigns
- Management of Google Ad Campaigns and strategy; creating new campaigns where required
- Track, report on and analyze data relating to any PPC initiatives and campaigns to ensure ROI
- Manage campaign expenses, ensuring that you stay within agreed budgets and estimating future monthly costs where appropriate.
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for PPC campaigns
- Management of keyword selection and audience targeting
Social media content management and strategy
- To act in accordance with the firm’s social media policy
- To further develop our online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels
- To ensure that the firm’s social media pages are up to date and accurate and that they are a professional representation of the firm
- Sharing of website content such as articles, news, events and recruitment posts via social media channels.
