We are recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to promote Champion Timber to be the 1st choice for all, especially new trade customers

The Role:

Social media - Increase number of relevant followers on social media platforms to agreed target levels through social media campaigns, sharing content and creating relevant content

Website - Promote the website to achieve targets currently £60k sale per week (£3m/year)

Main Duties include:

· Monitor and respond where necessary to any social media interaction

· Create and publish adhoc content as required for business needs

· Liaise with suppliers to cross fertilise social media activity

· Manage any paid campaigns by using analytical tools to determine best use of budget to support marketing campaigns

· Analyse data to provide reports, agree metrics with Sales & Marketing that are critical to sales

· Ensure that the website remains easy to navigate, focus areas are easily identified and implement changes as necessary to the look and feel of the pages.

· Use analytic tools to monitor, report and advise on improvements to the customer journey to enhance the conversion rate

· Provide information for the branch KPIs, re web generated collected/delivered sales, customer registrations, quotes and others as agreed to develop web/branch sales

Passionate and committed to delivering superb customer service with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Have the ability to work comfortably and accurately in a fast paced environment, a flexible approach and a professional ‘can do’ attitude

·To create Sales & Marketing campaigns that will be attractive to trade customers and target customer segments

What we are looking for:

· Maintaining a flexible approach, responding promptly to and accommodating as appropriate requests that might arise at short notice

· Maintain confidentiality and abide by GDPR requirements

· Develop effective working relationships at all levels

· Effectively communicate and proactively promote the role

· Utilise working hours to best effect and carry out duties with minimal supervision

· Maintain good timekeeping and attendance records

Must have skills:

· Google Analytics.

· Google Shopping.

· SEM Rush.

· Conversion Optimisation.

· Pay Per Click.

· Social Media Content Production.

· Digital catalogue management.

· Image optimisation for websites, catalogues, social media.

Good knowledge of:

· HTML, Database, Web technologies.

· Content management experience.

· Graphic design tools.

· Experience managing software development suppliers.
