Full job description

We're looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our dynamic team at one of the region's leading full-service marketing agencies.

Working across both the Digital and Web teams, the Digital Account Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital solutions and customer service - post website launch - including account handling, client servicing and commercial management - to Bluestorm's portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Digital Marketing Projects

  • To implement the strategy and delivery of digital paid marketing campaigns spanning Google, META, Snapchat, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Build and manage social media advertising campaigns, identifying targeted audiences, managing budgets, creating adverts and implementing retargeting and tracking,
  • Carry out daily management of Google Advertising accounts - monitoring and optimising campaigns including Search, Video and Performance Max Campaigns.
  • Analyse, evaluate and produce detailed reports on the performance of paid digital marketing activity and make recommendations for on-going improvements.

Project Account Handling

  • Act as the point of contact for clients following website projects, providing pro-active client servicing and tight project management to deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction including:
  • making recommendations for website improvements and new features to clients
  • to take client briefs and produce into a clear action for the digital, design and development teams
  • ensuring clients are kept regularly informed of their project activities, timescales and budgets
  • proactively identifying early signs of issues and to be alert for opportunities to add value
  • Through effective communication, you will confidently and effectively manage the day-to-day running of accounts and digital marketing projects, harnessing the correct in-house/external resource, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • To organise, co-ordinate and prepare important documentation, professional presentations and proposals in relation to client opportunities
  • Keep all members of the team regularly updated on the status of ongoing digital projects
  • Supporting the effective launch/migration of website rebuilds and undertaking post-live checks and manage ongoing website maintenance projects
  • Deliver content management system training to new clients

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience ideally within an account executive or digital marketing role
  • Understanding of website content management systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid social media channels
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Hours of Work: 8:30AM-5PM Monday to Thursday, 9AM-4PM Friday
