Full job description

Are you someone who spots viral trends before they hit the mainstream and instantly knows how a brand can capitalize on them? If you live on your phone, think natively in short-form video, effortlessly separate true cultural resonance from internet noise, and are fluent in French, German, or Italian with a strong understanding of the culture, we want you.

We are looking for a Short-Form Content Creator who blends raw creativity with strategic polish to produce standout content across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram for a globally established consumer brand. This is a brand-new, highly impactful role where you will have the creative freedom to shape our short-form video strategy from the ground up, travel for authentic on-site shoots, and play a pivotal role in taking our global brand presence to the next level.

  • Manage the entire content lifecycle from filming and editing to publishing.
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team while bringing your own creative vision.
  • Ensure every piece of content reinforces brand trust, authority, and consistency.
  • Showcase the complete company and customer journey.

Platforms You’ll Focus On

  • Video-first channels, primarily YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Heavy focus on short-form video content.
  • Please note that this is not a LinkedIn-focused role.

What We’re Looking For

  • A visual storyteller with 2+ years of creative content experience.
  • An intuitive grasp of internet culture and fast-moving trends.
  • The ability to shoot, edit, and publish content autonomously.
  • Comfortable collaborating using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
