Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Content Manager to lead the creation and management of visual and digital content across our social media channels. This hybrid role combines strong design skills with content planning and execution, ensuring our brand remains consistent, engaging, and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners, in-store signage, and promotional materials
  • Maintain and develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to produce campaign visuals

Content Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms and the company website
  • Write clear, compelling copy aligned with brand tone of voice
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate campaign launches
  • Monitor content performance and optimise based on insights

Digital & Marketing Support

  • Assist with website updates (product pages, landing pages, visuals)
  • Support email marketing campaigns with both design and content
  • Stay up to date with design trends, retail marketing strategies, and social media best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design and content management (preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar
  • Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics
