Role overview:

Gtech’s Senior Digital Designer will support the in-house Creative team by working on large-scale brand campaigns, stunning website layouts and interface design, eye catching digital comms and the continued improvement of our existing customer facing, digital content. We are looking for a highly creative individual, with a flair for stand out visual design and inability to accept mediocracy.

Responsibilities:

• Design highly aspirational digital experiences to showcase and entice an ever-expanding demographic of existing and potential Gtech customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with developers to ensure precise execution of designs and consistency for Gtech’s customers
• Collaborate with other designers, marketeers, product designers, and data analysts to strategise and launch projects
• Lead digital design projects from brief, UX architecture, user flows, to wireframes, prototypes and polished visual design;
• Ensure consistency of creative/brand visual language across multiple channels.
• Mentor / support more junior members of the team working collaboratively in a team environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years highly relevant industry experience
• Must have an exciting portfolio showcasing a deep design excellence on a variety of projects/channels
• Thorough understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, mobile first design, and web standards
• Exceptional eye for design, typography and detail
• Highly organised and being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Have excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• CSS, HTML knowledge, motion, animation etc is a bonus, but not essential
