    fatBuzz is a Glasgow-based agency providing marketing, PPC, SEO, graphic design and web design services for clients across the UK. We work with clients of all sizes from most industry sectors; from independent local businesses to global household names.

    We are now looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our team and work alongside our PPC/SEO Manager. This role will suit a proactive individual who is analytical, detail-focused, and confident in client-facing situations.

    Key requirements:

    • Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
    • Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research to identify high-converting search terms.
    • Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
    • Must have a working knowledge of GA4, including setting up events and interpreting user behaviour data.
    • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to improve CTR, quality score, and ROI.
    • Prepare and present clear, detailed performance reports and insights to clients and the SEO/PPC Manager.
    • Lead or participate in client meetings to discuss campaign strategy, results, and recommendations.
    • Manage PPC budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver strong return on investment.
    • Develop and manage remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, web, marketing, design) to align PPC activity with broader strategies.

    Desirable:

    • 2+ years’ proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of PPC principles, campaign structure, bidding strategies, and match types.
    • Proficient in using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for conversion tracking.
    • Analytical mindset with strong skills in interpreting and communicating performance data.
    • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
    • Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Basic understanding or hands-on experience with SEO to support integrated digital strategies and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct keyword and market research, analysing data and trends to guide PPC strategy.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously optimise campains utilising best practices.
    • Carry out regular budget analysis and manage ad spend to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, identifying areas for performance improvement.
    • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads developments.
    • Generate and analyse reports, providing insights on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
    • Take regular client meetings, clearly communicating strategy, results, and next steps, and building trusted client relationships.
