SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Remote (Must be based in the North West, UK)
    Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a results-driven digital marketing expert with a passion for SEO, social media, and creative content? Do you thrive working independently, delivering real ROI across search and social platforms?

Join a leading UK-based water filter bottle company supplying innovative products to outdoor enthusiasts, travellers, and eco-conscious consumers. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a company that’s making a difference.

Led by a CEO who has been recognised as a two-time finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year, and with the business having received multiple industry awards, we’re proud of our journey so far — but even more excited about what’s next.

As our SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital growth strategy, helping take our brand visibility, traffic, and online performance to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive high-converting organic traffic
    • Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve crawl and indexation issues, and optimise site speed and structure
    • Develop and execute white hat and black hat SEO techniques ethically for research, testing, and staying ahead of competitors
    • Lead backlink acquisition and link-building campaigns using proven methods
    • Manage and grow our presence across all major social platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Create engaging content, including short-form videos, graphics, and paid ad creatives tailored for each platform
    • Design and manage paid social advertising campaigns with performance tracking
    • Analyse campaign data and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights
    • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, new tools, and digital marketing trends

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in ranking websites on Google for competitive keywords
    • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
    • Strong track record of social media growth and engagement through content and paid ads
    • Ability to create high-performing short-form video and visual content
    • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
    • Familiarity with black hat SEO techniques (for knowledge and testing only – not implementation)
    • Strong knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and indexing protocols
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated and confident working remotely in a performance-driven role

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • Google certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Digital Garage
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar social media qualification
    • SEO or digital marketing certifications (such as HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, Moz, or Yoast)
    • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or CapCut

    What We Offer:

    • £30,000 annual salary
    • Full-time, permanent employment
    • Remote working from home (must be based in the North West, UK)
    • The chance to work alongside a passionate team in a growing, award-winning business
    • An exciting opportunity to lead digital growth and make a meaningful impact

    How to Apply:

Please send your CV, a short cover letter explaining why you’re a great fit, and a portfolio or examples of your SEO and social media work (rankings, campaign results, video content, etc.)

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a brand’s digital presence, working in a role where your ideas, creativity, and expertise will directly influence success.

We look forward to hearing from you.
