Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our Digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web content, has an eye for design, and is looking to build a long-term career in digital and web development.

You will be responsible for building and publishing digital pages across our website, ensuring high-quality execution and maintaining a consistent site structure. Working closely with key stakeholders—including Paid Media, SEO, UX, and Design teams—you will help deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

As you grow in the role and gain confidence, you will gradually take on more responsibility, including managing and supporting larger digital projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, update, and publish web pages using WordPress or a similar CMS (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain site structure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work with stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business to gather requirements and deliver updates.
  • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to ensure pages meet brand, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Support Paid Media and SEO teams with content implementation and optimisation.
  • Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage tasks and project workflows (training provided).
  • Over time, take ownership of digital projects and contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow. Ideal qualities include:
  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS (beneficial but not essential).
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong design sensibility.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to learn, develop new skills, and take on new challenges.
  • Experience with Jira or similar workflow systems is an advantage.

What We Offer
  • Full training on our CMS and digital platforms
  • Clear progression opportunities, including responsibility for digital projects
  • A collaborative environment working with skilled SEO, Paid Media, UX, and Design teams
