The Role

We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive for an innovative and fast-growing retail business. This new position will be instrumental in driving both digital and traditional marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in PPC, SEO, CMS web/content management, and a deep passion for data-driven insights, all while injecting creativity to fuel innovation across both digital and non-digital platforms.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing conversion rates.
  • Strong ability to execute and track on-site SEO strategies, with experience in identifying areas for improvement and working towards ranking top 3 for targeted keywords.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms to manage and update website content efficiently, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Expertise in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, upselling, and reactivation, along with a solid track record in growing social media followings and leveraging social commerce for sales.
  • A combination of creative design skills for developing engaging digital assets (promotions, landing pages) and a strong data-driven approach to campaign analysis and optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, bringing both strategic insight and a passion for keeping up with emerging marketing trends and innovations.
