Position: Senior Marketing Executive (Full Time)

Industry Training Services (ITS) is one of the largest Health & Safety training providers in Ireland. We offer a wide range of recognised and accredited training courses across a broad range of sectors including construction, utilities, manufacturing, engineering, telecoms, and housing. Our Northern Ireland office and training centre is situated on a 12-acre site a few miles outside Portadown, close to the M1 Motorway. We also have a presence in Dublin. This position will be based at our Portadown HQ.

ITS recently received a ‘Highly Commended’ Runners Up Award in the Business Eye Family Business Awards - join our team to find out why.

Is This The Role For You?

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to join the team with the ambition to progress to a Marketing Management role. We want someone who is enthusiastic about all things marketing. From creating visually engaging content for our social channels and email campaigns, to assisting with more analytical and technical projects like optimising our website for search engines, improving our booking processes, and reporting on the performance of marketing activity and campaigns.

The daily activities will be varied and challenging, but you’ll have the support of a great team of Sales and Marketing professionals and Training Coordinators who will provide comprehensive on-the-job training on our products and processes. If you’re not sure about anything, just ask!

We’re also keen to learn from you! If you have suggestions to make things better, we want to hear them. We know that each new person brings their own unique skills, knowledge, and ideas to the team and this excites us. You don’t have to be an expert in everything, but you need to be willing to apply yourself and learn on the job! You don’t have to do it all on your own, but you need to be confident and willing to work on your own at times, as well as within project teams. A positive, can-do attitude is a must!

A competitive streak for our team days out and charity challenges won’t go amiss either - we work hard but we have fun too!

Main Duties:

In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, outlined in our marketing strategy. This will include things like:

· Good communication skills and ability to converse easily at all levels

· Proactive in own learning and willing to undertake training courses to upskill, where necessary

· A positive can-do attitude and willingness to lead, as well as be part of the team
