Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our online presence, ensuring that our websites are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and aligned with our brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging and responsive websites using modern web design techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interfaces.
  • Implement styles using SCSS and SASS to enhance the visual presentation of web applications.
  • Work with content management systems such as Drupal to manage website content effectively.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in web design tools and technologies including SCSS, SASS, and wireframing software.
  • Familiarity with application development processes and frameworks such as React Native.
  • Experience with content management systems, particularly Drupal.
  • Understanding of software development principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure is advantageous but not essential.
