Full job description

About Us

We are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of flat-pack furniture and household items.
We're passionate about creating beautifully designed products, and we want our imagery to do them justice. As we continue to grow across major UK and EU marketplaces, we're looking for a creative, detail-driven Visual Content Artist to join our e-commerce team.

We're looking for a Shopify & Ecommerce Website Specialist to take ownership of our Shopify website, drive digital growth and help shape the future of our online business.

You'll own our Shopify website end to end, keeping it up to date and making sure every product is displayed correctly. You'll improve how customers find us online and turn more of those visitors into buyers, using SEO, PPC, paid social and our social media platforms to grow traffic, conversion and revenue.

It's a varied, hands-on role combining website management, digital marketing, content creation and data analysis, so it's ideal for someone with Shopify experience who enjoys variety. You'll have the freedom to test ideas, the data to prove what works, and a team that wants to hear your recommendations.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking ownership of our Shopify website, keeping it fast, effective and focused on conversion
  • Creating and managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
  • Planning and running paid social marketing across social media platforms
  • Handling our social media platforms day to day, including content planning, posting and community engagement
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies across technical, on-page and off-page optimisation
  • Managing Google Shopping campaigns to maximise visibility and sales
  • Running and optimising PPC campaigns while delivering strong ROI
  • Monitoring website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance and website data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support new product launches and promotional campaign
  • Adding new products and updating existing products, including descriptions, images, pricing and specifications.

About you

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify website, ideally for a retail or e-commerce brand
  • HTML coding experience, or experience using AI-assisted coding tools to build and edit site content and templates
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta campaigns with clear ROI targets
  • Experience running paid social campaigns and managing brand social media accounts
  • A solid grasp of SEO across technical, on-page and off-page work
  • Confident with Google Analytics and comfortable turning data into clear actions
  • A commercial mindset: you think in terms of conversion rate, ROAS and revenue, not just clicks
  • Organised, proactive and happy to work closely with other teams
  • Experience in furniture, homeware or garden products, and familiarity with marketplace selling (Preferred)

Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
