Full job description

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.

· Conceptualize and develop original design concepts, layouts, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and client preferences.

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

· Design and produce graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and other visual assets using industry-standard design software and tools.

· Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance design solutions.

· Present and defend design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

· Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of design assets.

Requirements & Skills:

· Proven experience in web and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

· Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and user experience (UX) design.

· Knowledge of front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for web designers).

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to translate complex requirements into visually compelling designs.

· Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

· Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
