Full job description

Our client is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Team Lead to bring our brand stories to life across digital, print, packaging, and in-store environments. This role will lead a small in-house creative team, working closely with marketing, ecommerce and product to ensure everything we produce is considered, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day output of the in-house creative team (graphic designers, photographers, freelancers).
  • Oversee concept development and execution for campaigns, product launches, packaging, web, social and POS alongside the Marketing team.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our brand and its partner brands across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual assets.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent design that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our audience.
  • Manage creative workflow, deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide hands-on design input, from initial concepting to final artwork, when required.
  • Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. printers, photographers, stylists) as needed.
  • Support creative development for trade shows, retailer presentations and product packaging.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand-led design across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of layout, typography and colour.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you can give and receive feedback effectively.
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Photography or video production experience is desirable but not essential.
