Job brief:
We are seeking a Sales and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to promote Altruisk using telephone, email, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Altruisk is a provider of Health and Safety courses throughout the UK and Ireland and we are looking for a Sales and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Calling potential customers to arrange meetings to prospect for new business
- Make accurate resource calculations and provide customers with proposals in a timely manner
- Review your sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets
- Take bookings from clients by telephone, email or from the website
- Email campaigns - set up, distribute, monitor and analyse B2B email marketing campaigns
- Write quality content for a range of platforms in the form of blogs, articles and reports
- Design and maintain our social media presence
- Help grow the social media community and followers
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Manage the ongoing development of the website.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, including writing and proof-reading copy.
- Record sales and order information, and input the information into a computer system
- Key Skills / Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of appointment making
- Strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of website and web based analytics tools
- Experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, data driven thinking
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong Team player
- Experience of CRM based automated marketing
- Full UK driving license (some local travel will be required)
- Desirable:
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Previous blogging or online copywriting experience.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
