You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing brand identities that are strategically sound and visually iconic
• Creating digital-first design systems, social content, and campaign visuals
• Working across brand, web, motion, packaging, OOH, and more
• Collaborating with internal teams to push creative boundaries
• Presenting work to clients with clarity and confidence
• Leading or mentoring junior team members

Senior Designer

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio
• A killer portfolio with brand and campaign work that hits hard
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion
• Confident presenting and defending creative rationale
• Experience mentoring junior creatives or leading small teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Awareness of motion/animation principles; After Effects a plus

Senior salary range: £30-33k depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
