Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Website Administrator to join our award winning team here at the Ironworks site in Oswestry. In this role, your primary focus will be uploading new products, writing engaging product descriptions, and supporting the broader marketing and web teams with day-to-day site updates.

If you have great attention to detail, strong copy skills, and enjoy keeping a web catalog fresh and organized, this entry-level position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load new products to the website, ensure accurate pricing and inventory tags, and assign items to correct categories.
  • Draft clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptions, title tags, and promotional copy that align with our brand voice.
  • Format and upload product imagery, size charts, and downloadable files, maintaining high visual quality standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the digital marketing and web teams, helping troubleshoot minor listing errors or update seasonal content.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • A flair for writing with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce or an interest in digital retail
  • Experience with Magento and Shopify is advantageous, but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles (helpful, but not required)
  • Ability to manage workload independently and work to deadlines

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
