Full job description
LCC is a small design and build company based in central London. We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness for both design and development companies.
As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for our companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across multiple platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that effectively communicates our brand message and promotes our products and services
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts on social media platforms to drive brand awareness, increase followers, and enhance customer engagement
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay up-to-date and optimize our social media presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and compelling content creation
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with a strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of industry software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to create visual designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit different platforms and target audiences
- Knowledge of web development (e.g., JavaScript, Ajax) preferred but not required
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information for content creation
- Passion for design, construction, and the hospitality industry
- Flexibility to transition from part-time to full-time as the role evolves
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
