We are looking for a Creative Artworker to play a key part in the delivery of high-quality work as part of our talented Creative Services team.

The Role

In your role as Creative Artworker, you will take ownership of both visually stunning and accurate artwork that supports a wide range of marketing campaigns for both digital and print – either working alone or with other members of the Artwork team.

You will take responsibility for the quality of work output across the agency and work closely with our creative team to transform concepts and designs into compelling visuals that resonate with our client's target audiences. Your work will be an essential part of our agency's success in delivering top-notch creative.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering pixel-perfect digital and print assets

  • Resizing and rollout of approved designs across multiple formats across print and digital
  • Ensuring consistency across assets
  • Proofreading and highlighting spelling or grammatical errors
  • Strictly adhering to brand guidelines and templates
  • Working with animated GIFs and understanding those limitations
  • Adhering to provided digital or print advertising specs
  • Checking of image licences from stock libraries
  • Creating interactive PDFs with buttons, navigation and animation
  • Understanding and questioning the brief and project requirements and developing appropriate output solutions.
  • Self-development by staying ahead of the latest industry trends and software updates

Collaboration

  • Checking your own and other’s work and ensuring all appropriate internal and external approvals are obtained at each stage of a project.
  • Leading by example of artwork best practices and knowledge sharing to other members of the creative team and Client Services
  • Being a knowledge holder and go-to-person for all things ‘artwork’
  • Working closely across other teams to help problem-solve, e.g. motion, design, and copy.
  • Helping improve efficiencies across the team

Use of AI

  • Embracing AI tools and demonstrating how they can help improve workflow

Housekeeping

  • Ensuring work is backed up to the server and locally
  • Ensuring neat setup of files, including layer naming, masks, smart objects, style sheets, and removing unused elements

Timekeeping

  • Accurate timekeeping and keeping timesheets up-to-date
  • Estimating and planning own time and highlighting to the Creative Operations Team to meet deadlines.
  • Supporting the Creative Operations team and Artwork team when urgent deadlines need to be met on projects and tasks.

Corporate and Social Responsibility

  • Support and promote Revere’s values, ethics policy, and CSR initiatives; ensuring that they are represented in all decisions, actions, and client, employee, and supplier relationships.

The role of Creative Artworker works within a team of Artworkers, to share knowledge and best practices. Being a ‘go-to’ person within the team for all things technical, Creative Cloud and AI, to support our business vision and growth objectives to be the strategic marketing agency of choice for B2B technology clients.

The Person

Key Skills

  • Have a creative flair for composition, layout and typography.
  • Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print/digitally ready artwork.
  • Strong attention to detail (striving for perfection in execution).
  • Ability to handle numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints; must be unflappable and able to multi-task.
  • You’ll be adept at managing the expectations of internal stakeholders whilst maintaining good working relationships.
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent skills using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint; skills using Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects and any Creative AI tools would be advantageous.
  • An enthusiastic follower of graphic, web, social and technological trends to stay ahead in the Creative industry.
  • You must be a good team player; willing to collaborate and share ideas, as well as receive feedback from colleagues to ensure excellent delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take direction well from senior members of the team.
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task when required.
  • Proven experience in a professional creative artwork role, ideally with experience of working in a B2B busy studio environment.
