Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails (mandatory) and WordPress (desirable). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our AI-driven platforms, SaaS products, and web applications. You will as a single engineer team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Work on WordPress-based projects, integrating custom functionalities when required.
  • Work with the latest LLMs and AI technology to deliver new features into our platforms.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of full stack development, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Vue.js) and backend technologies.
  • Experience working with relational databases (SqlLite, LibSql, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with test-driven development (RSpec, Capybara) and writing automated tests.
  • Knowledge of WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins (desirable).
  • Experience with AI/ML integration or interest in working with LLMs and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
