Digital Marketing & Web Design Assitant - FREELANCE or P/T

Join our Passionate NHS Pharmacy Team as a FREELANCE or P/T Digital Marketing & Web Designer/Developer to assist us on our online digital strategy delivering healthcare services on a day to day basis in our healthcare business through our websites and social media.

Our Business

Pillbox Chemists Group is a community pharmacy group with 22 branches across the South East of England.

As part of the wider NHS our Pharmacies and Healthcare businesses offer a number of NHS & Private services to patients including Flu Jabs, Wellman/women Health Checks, Medicines Checks and Reviews, No Smoking Clinics, Travel Vaccines and Blood Pressure Checks and you will be actively involved in being part of team developing the promotion of these services through our various websites and apps etc. and Social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Blogs.

Based at our Head Office in Colnbrook, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Design/Developer to work on a Freelance basis 2-3 days per week to manage and further develop our current websites, and also design and develop new ones to deliver our group strategy.

Requirements

  • Experienced Web Designer & Developer with Proven Results
  • Ability to deliver our Digital Marketing Strategy through postings on Social Media
  • Excellent understanding & Knowledge of SEO marketing and developing campaigns
  • Ability and Expertise to write, plan and create content
  • Excellent Portfolio of Work & Experience
  • Understanding of Business Functions and Marketing
  • "Get the Job Done" attitude
  • Leading by Example Approach to project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused & friendly
  • Excellent Numeracy skills
  • Self Motivated the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work to very tight deadlines

Training & Qualifications

  • Relevant Qualifications & Knowledge with Expertise for Web Design Work & Development
  • Excellent technical understanding of Social Media platforms & Websites

Hours of Work

  • Fully Flexible on a Freelance Basis Permanent
  • Permanent Full Time or Long Term Contract Possible
  • Monday - Friday
  • Normal Office Hours 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive/Negotiable with a Bonus if Targets met
