UX Designer

Our client is seeking a commercially savvy, creatively driven UX Designer to join their growing digital team. In this mid-weight role, the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the company’s eCommerce and digital platforms, ensuring best-in-class usability and design for their B2B customers, always with their end users in mind.

The Role

The UX Designer will be responsible for designing, evolving, and optimising digital experiences across the company’s website and online customer journeys. This role requires a combination of insight-led research, strategic thinking, and strong technical execution to create intuitive, consistent, accessible experiences aligned with the brand.

Working closely with cross-functional teams—including product owners, digital trading, analytics, marketing, and sales, the UX Designer will translate business goals and user needs into exceptional digital designs. This role sits at the heart of a major digital transformation as well as ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve intuitive digital customer journeys across web and mobile
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform customer-centric UX solutions
  • Conduct UX research and competitive benchmarking of B2B and B2C experiences
  • Translate briefs into clear UX strategies focused on customer value
  • Lead ideation and produce wireframes, flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Miro
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed specifications for development
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation
  • Contribute to output testing and final design QA
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s digital style guide
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies, including AI
  • Uphold strong visual and accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints

What they’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in UX, ideally within eCommerce, B2B or B2C retail/consumer sectors
  • A UX portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project work including research, ideation, and prototyping
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric UX principles, usability, and information architecture
  • Experience designing responsive digital interfaces across desktop and mobile
  • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating pixel-perfect experiences
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • A commercially aware, creative thinker with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and maintaining digital style guides

Are you a UX Designer who’s passionate about building intuitive, seamless digital experiences that put users first we want to hear from you.
