  • Manage technical testing, website audits and performance optimisation to maintain quality, security and reliability.
  • Lead the troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading of existing websites, resolving complex technical issues and supporting other developer developers with technical challenges.
  • Monitor live website performance and provide ongoing technical support as required.
  • Attend client meetings, online and in-person, providing technical guidance, recommendations and solutions.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and maintain accurate project records in project management systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers, taking responsibility for technical coordination and delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentoring to developers, alongside delivering web development training and mentoring sessions to clients where required.
  • Support account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Adhere to internal processes for time tracking, reporting and billing.
