Job Description:
CIM Software Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of a new global, cloud-native, multi-tenant, manufacturing ERP/MRP solution. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that will revolutionise the manufacturing software industry with both web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead developer for the new ERP/MRP solution.
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the application.
- Design, develop, and maintain a mobile application as part of the overall solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies, specifically .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
- Knowledge of database technologies, specifically SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with mobile app development frameworks (e.g. React Native, Flutter, Xamarin).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience working on manufacturing software packages or large scale web-based system.
- Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with other back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java) and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience is more important than formal qualifications.
Work Environment:
- We prefer a hybrid office-based role, with regular in-office collaboration at our Southampton location.
- We are open to considering full remote work for the right candidate.

- Salary: £65,000 - £72,500 depending on experience.
