Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online presence to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. If you have a passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, we want to hear from you.

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Create compelling digital designs for website banners, social media ads, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Utilize content management systems to update website content and product information
- Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for digital design
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in Figma or InVision for prototyping
