Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, services, and products. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, thrives on achieving measurable results, and has a strong understanding of digital channels and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, and display networks.
Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social media trends to leverage opportunities.
Website Management
Update and maintain the company website using content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Conduct regular website performance checks and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility.
SEO and SEM Strategies
Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
Email Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve engagement.
Stay Updated on Trends
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Identify opportunities to adopt emerging strategies for business growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Education
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, or basic web design is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
Creative Skills
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
