At Motive, we’re a small but ambitious creative agency just outside London, crafting output across Design, Digital, Social, and Video. Since launching in 2019, we’ve built a close-knit team fuelled by respect, collaboration, drive – and plenty of fun along the way.

Based in Chobham, our waterside workspace is designed to spark ideas and bring people together. We believe the best work comes from real interaction, so while we offer hybrid working, we thrive on in-person collaboration. Think deck-side summer meetings and spontaneous creative chats over coffee – not just Teams calls.

We’re now looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join the team and dive into a broad mix of exciting projects across sectors including charity, sport, health & beauty, food & drink, and tech. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

What we’re looking for

We want a creatively curious designer who’s confident designing across digital and print, and comfortable taking a project from brief through to delivery. You’ll have the chance to flex your skills across everything from branding and packaging to campaigns and web, supported by a talented senior team who are here to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for a mix of digital and print outputs, always with a sharp eye for detail and craft
• Contribute to branding, campaigns, packaging, email marketing and more
• Deliver creative that’s bold, thoughtful and always on-brand
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final artwork
• Produce beautifully structured digital designs with strong layout and typography
• Ensure accessibility standards are met across digital work
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage your own workflow while contributing to a collaborative studio culture
• Stay curious – keeping up with trends, tools and fresh ideas

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ design experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Skilled in Figma and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Ability to balance creative flair with strategic thinking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
