As a creative agency at Brace Creative, our clients are our greatest asset. From supporting small businesses with their online presence, to transforming international ecommerce stores with results driven ad campaigns.

With in-house experts in graphic design, SEO, social media, PPC advertising and web development, outsourcing to brace is like hiring their own digital marketing team to our clients. We are looking for Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice to continue growing our talented team!

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring our brand voice resonates with our target audience.
  • You will also develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Content creation, scheduling posts, analysing performance metrics, and adapting campaigns to maximise reach and effectiveness.

Desirable skills:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent copywriting skills, and a strong understanding of current social media trends and email marketing best practices. A creative mindset and a results-driven approach are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as social media schedulers, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Working hours:

40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch
