Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a Performance Marketing Agency in Cardiff, as they are keen to bring on a Senior Digital Designer to the creative team on a full time basis.

Salary: Up to £45k

Location: Cardiff – 5 days in Studio

Exciting opportunity: Senior Digital Designer

This is a hands-on role for a designer with exceptional print craft, sharp typography, and a strong digital mindset, who’s excited by the challenge of building bold, cohesive work across brand and campaign environments.

You’ll work closely with strategists, account managers, and fellow designers, leading projects from concept through to final delivery. You’ll have the space to own your work, contribute ideas, and help shape creative outcomes across multiple channels.

What you’ll be working on:

  • High-quality print and

  • Brand systems that live and evolve across touchpoints

What we’re looking for:

  • A designer with strong typography and layout skills
