We are now seeking an experienced, positive and solution focused individual to join our dynamic team as E-Commerce Manager within our Web & Digital Team

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing e-commerce strategy (online store and app) in alignment with overall business goals
• Analysing market trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the industry effectively
• Continually monitor website and app performance metrics and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimise user experience including generation of reports and accurate presentation of data
• Optimising website search engine performance (SEO) to drive traffic
• Managing and updating the online store, ensuring that the layout, positioning, and offer is aligned with best practice and customer behaviour and preferences
• Management of 3rd Party Stakeholders including Web Agency and App Provider
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google & Meta Ads and email marketing, to drive traffic and boost sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and project management, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Proven experience in e-commerce management of at least 3-5 years - preferably Fashion & Streetwear
• Advanced Knowledge and Proifciency of the Shopify Platform and Experience of Shopify International Markets
• Excellent understanding of web design, web analysis, and SEO
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Google and Meta Ads and analytics tools for performance tracking
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• A positive, solution focused approach and professional outlook
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of initiatives - with effective communication throughout
• Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or demonstratable relevant workplace experience/development
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or project management, such as Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP) or Google Analytics Certification are advantageous.
• Skills in CRM software, development and digital marketing tools and techniques are highly desirable.

Salary Range is £35k - £45k commensurate with experience
