We are now looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer, Social Media & Digital Content Creator to join our growing team based in Blackpool/Lancashire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer and digital creative to work across a wide variety of brands, campaigns, productions, and marketing projects within a fast-paced and highly creative environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing engaging visual content and supporting the company’s marketing, branding, and digital presence across multiple platforms.
This is a varied creative role working across both print and digital media, including:
- Social media campaigns
- Website graphics and SEO content
- Marketing materials and advertising
- Branding and promotional design
- Video and digital editing
- Content creation for the entertainment and education sectors
We are looking for someone full of ideas, passionate about design and storytelling, and excited by the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and AI technology.
Students, graduates, freelancers, or junior creatives with relevant industry or placement experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics and marketing materials for print and digital use
- Design engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Assist in planning and implementing creative social media campaigns
- Create promotional graphics, posters, brochures, adverts, presentations, and branded assets
- Edit photos, video content, reels, and promotional media
- Support website updates and SEO-focused content creation
- Maintain strong and consistent branding across all company platforms
- Monitor social media activity, engagement, and audience growth
- Analyse social media and website performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with the wider creative and management team on campaigns and productions
- Ensure all artwork is correctly prepared for print and digital publishing
- Stay updated with current design trends, platform updates, and emerging AI creative tools
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Excellent Mac skills
- Experience creating social media content and managing platforms professionally
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and content creation
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar software
- Knowledge of Canva and other digital design platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Photography or content capture experience
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of AI creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar tools
