DIGITAL DESIGNER
Location: LANX, Whalley, BB7 9YE

About LANX:
We're LANX, a Lancashire legend in the footwear game. Since our humble beginnings on a market stall in 2018, we've been on a proper journey, now a team of 15, attending 40+ events a year, and kitting out sports teams like Leicester Tigers and Wales RU. We're all about creating top-notch shoes, and now we need a Digital Designer who's as ambitious as our comfy shoes.
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the visual identity of the LANX brand across multiple platforms. The role requires a dynamic individual passionate about fashion and retail, and adept in digital and print mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the graphic design for major brand campaigns, creating comprehensive campaign packs that align with the brand’s vision and are adaptable across multiple channels, including social media, paid ads, e-commerce, and customer service.
● Work with our e-commerce team to collaborate on the design and update of the LANX website, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
● Oversee and create our email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic.
● Create engaging digital advertisements, ensuring they are performance-optimised and aligned with campaign goals.
● Design packaging and other print materials, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
● Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all design work aligns with LANX's values and aesthetics.
● Provide creative direction for photography and video content, including planning, art direction, and post-production.
● Present creative work to stakeholders and manage feedback to align design solutions with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Minimum five years of experience in digital design, with a preference for experience in the fashion or retail industry.
● Intermediate in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and high-level photography retouching skills.
● Proficient knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
● Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to implement them effectively in brand campaigns.
● Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is highly desirable.
● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling design solutions.
● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation.
● Positive attitude and a strong desire to grow with the company.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a fashion or retail environment.

Directly reporting to our MD/Chief Marketing Officer.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing team and Web Development team.
Interact frequently with product development for design consistency across platforms.

Working Days & Hours:

Annual Leave:
28 days a year, with the expectation of keeping October relatively light and November to early January available for peak business periods.
Participation in key company events like the Annual Sample Sale (March) and Summer Sale (July), as well as a few days around Black Friday. Your contributions during these periods will be highly valued and rewarded.
