Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Website Manager to join our team. This is a part time role, between 2 - 3 days a week, or 5 Days with lower hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of building a website from scratch.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
  • Build and maintain our website

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
