Launch Your Ecommerce Career with Seated Furniture Ltd (Cost Cutters UK)
Online Product Merchandiser – Burntwood (Office-Based)

Seated Furniture Ltd, the parent company of Cost Cutters UK, is a fast-growing ecommerce business transforming how organisations furnish their spaces across education, workplace, hospitality and industrial sectors.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed data enthusiast to join our team as an Online Product Merchandiser. If you love working with data, spotting patterns, and making digital experiences better — this is your opportunity to build a career in ecommerce.

Why This Role is Exciting

This isn’t just uploading products — you’ll be at the heart of how customers experience our website. You’ll work with real ecommerce data, optimise product performance, and directly influence how thousands of users interact with our platform.

Think of it as your entry point into ecommerce, digital optimisation, and product strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising product listings on our ecommerce platform
  • Working with large datasets in Excel to keep product information accurate and structured
  • Improving product pages to enhance user experience and conversion performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams on website updates and digital improvements
  • Spotting inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities within product data
  • Helping shape how products are presented and discovered online

About You

  • Naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable working with data
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in ecommerce or digital platforms
  • Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator who works well independently and in a team
  • Comfortable using Excel (or eager to develop your skills further)
  • Graduate or early-career — experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Bonus points if you’ve used platforms like Magento, but don’t worry if not — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, and product management
  • Exposure to real commercial data and website performance
  • Training and mentorship to grow your technical and analytical skills
  • A clear progression path within a scaling ecommerce business

What We Offer

  • Full-time, office-based role in Burntwood
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Real opportunities to grow as the business expands Apply Now
