Full job description

Please note that this role requires the successful applicant to work in the office full time for an initial training period before accessing the hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive include:

  • Working closely with colleagues in the marketing team, you will assist in planning, briefing, preparing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage briefs for the Comms, Design, and Web teams, ensuring clear direction and alignment with project goals.
  • Utilise workflow and task management software to maintain project progress and meet deadlines.
  • Support the Brand Communications team in a variety of marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, content production and direct mail.
  • Assist in monitoring various channel activities; contributing to monthly reports and providing performance reports where necessary.
  • Participate in creative ideation sessions, bringing fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to the wider team.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including external partner agencies.
  • Conduct frequent competitor analysis and maintain knowledge of key marketing trends.
  • Assist in monitoring of CRM and automated journeys including onboarding, retention and reactivation campaigns.
  • Work closely with the SEO team, producing relevant content to engage customers and strengthen web metrics


Requirements of a Marketing Executive include:

  • At least two years of marketing experience.
  • Ideally degree level in marketing or a closely related field.
  • Competent in Google, Microsoft, and other relevant IT applications.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, ensuring you and the teams meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Ambitious in developing skill sets within key marketing channels and disciplines.
  • A brilliant team player with strong communication skills.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather insights on a variety of topics
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently where necessary.
