Full job description
About Us
We are an established, medical-led aesthetic clinic with a strong reputation built over more than 20 years. Offering state-of-the-art laser technology and pioneering treatments, we pride ourselves on exceptional client care and clinical excellence. As we continue to grow our network of clinics nationally, we are looking for a driven and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards our clients expect.
Marketing is run by a small in-house team (social, content, video and PR) and everything we do is measured against one number: consultations booked and attended.
The Role
You'll own the hands-on running of our Google Ads account and the day-to-day upkeep of our website. This is a doing role, not a coordinating one: you'll set budgets, write ads, update pages, fix what's broken and report the numbers. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside our in-house team and an external web developer. Please note: Due to GDPR requirements this is permanently an in-person, office-based role only and can not be done remotely under any circumstances.
What you'll do
Google Ads and paid search (70%)
- Day-to-day management of Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing campaigns across our treatments and clinic locations
- Keyword research, search term reviews and negative keyword work, the unglamorous discipline that stops us wasting money
- Writing and testing responsive search ads and assets
- Monitoring performance daily, spotting problems early, and proposing changes with a reason attached
- Building the monthly performance report: spend, consultations booked, cost per booked consultation, and what you'd change next
- Learning Smart Bidding and conversion tracking properly, with support, we'll invest in getting you there
Website and WordPress (30%)
- Building and updating landing and service pages in WordPress
- Small conversion improvements on the booking path, CTAs, form length, mobile layout, and testing whether they worked
- Basic page speed housekeeping: image optimisation, spotting what's slowing a page down
- Helping maintain tracking and tags in Google Tag Manager
- General site hygiene: broken links, redirects, keeping content accurate across locations
What you'll need
- 2+ years hands-on Google Ads with your own budget responsibility (search campaigns essential)
- Meta or TikTok ads experience
- Confident editing and publishing in WordPress
- GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager as everyday tools
- Looker Studio and MailChimp
- CRO testing experience
- Solid grasp of AI-driven marketing; hands-on with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and how brands get found and cited in AI search
- Very sharp written English; you'll write ads and pages people act on
- Organised and numbers-first: comfortable with a daily and weekly reporting rhythm
- Able to work in-person from our London office Monday to Friday (this role will never be remote due to GDPR reasons)
Nice to have
- Marketing experience in clinics, aesthetics or healthcare.
Pay & details
- £30 to 38K pa per year, depending on length and depth of experience
- Full-time, in-person, office-based at our Admin Office in the City of London
- Working Hours are Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (40 hours per week)
To Apply
- Send your CV plus two things: one Google Ads result you're proud of (what you changed and what happened), and one web page you've improved and how. Applications without these won't be shortlisted.
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Employee discount
Application question(s):
- Which of the following platforms and areas do you have hands-on commercial experience with (please provide details for each) WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Google Analytics and SEO?
- Did you own the allocated PPC budget for Google Ads and if so how much was your budget per year or per month (please put in £GBP)?
Work Location: In person
