Job Summary:

We are a luxury fashion business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Upload & Content Assistant to support our online operations.
This role focuses on uploading newly arrived products to our website accurately and efficiently, ensuring all product information is complete, well-researched, and presented to a high standard.

This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone with a strong interest in luxury fashion and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photograph newly arrived products for website use
  • Edit and retouch product images to a professional standard
  • Research and identify accurate product information, including but not limited to:
  • Product name
  • Material / leather type
  • Year / collection (where applicable)
  • Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions in English
  • Upload products to the website, including completing basic website settings (categories, tags, pricing, etc.)
  • Ensure products are uploaded accurately and in a timely manner
  • After upload, compile a basic product information sheet based on research, to be used for in-store staff training
  • update, and replace price tags as required

Working Hours:

  • Approximately 8 hours per working day
  • Around 3 days per week on average
  • If product volume is high, work may increase to 4–5 days per week
  • If product volume is low, the role allows flexible time management

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience or strong interest in luxury fashion, particularly designer brands
  • Basic photography and image editing skills
  • Ability to research and verify product details independently
  • Comfortable using websites / e-commerce platforms
  • Good written English skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Previous experience with luxury resale, fashion retail, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with brands such as Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, etc.
  • Experience with product uploading on platforms such as Shopify or similar
