Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth.

Bar Supervisor working hours:

As a Bar Supervisor you will work 30 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £14.96, regardless of age!

Bar Supervisor Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of a Bar Supervisor will be to manage the effective running of the Hotel Bar, delivering a first-class service to our guests. This will include maximising bar sales, serving drinks in the bar and restaurant, managing a small bar team, whilst maintaining stock levels and ensuring all bar equipment is in good working order. It is important that the bar areas are clean, tidy and secure at all times. In addition, you will be involved in the evening entertainment from taking payments to participating in bingo calling and overseeing the charity fundraising evening.
