Position: Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Foxhills Club Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part-time - Weekend Availability

Responsibilities:

Our Halfway Huts provide our golfers a mid-course break during their round to grab a quick drink and snack. Your role as Food Beverage Assistant will be to ensure they get what they need quickly and efficiently so they can recharge before re-joining the course. To enable this, your responsibilities will be:

• The preparation and service of all food and beverages in both courses' Halfway Huts.
• Be knowledgeable of all Food Beverage available in Halfway Huts.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks in a busy golf environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Halfway Huts, including inside and the surrounding outside areas and seating.
• Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
• Ensure the Halfway House you have been allocated is maintained at the highest possible standard

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
