Company description

We're looking to recruit hardworking, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable person who will achieve with the company and will be rewarded for doing so.

No two days are the same working in this unique environment; from cleaning one day, supervising in the play area the next. This is a role most suited to someone who is great with people of all ages, confident, has great customer service skills and has worked in hospitality previously. You must be flexible with regards to your working hours, in particular you MUST be able to work weekends and school holidays.

Roles include, but are not limited to;

  • Cleaning equipment in the play area, café and seating area
  • Play Area Supervision
  • Supervisor to 1-2 member so staff
  • Greeting and check customer bookings upon arrival and notifying them of the rules of the play area
  • Answering the phone on reception
  • Engaging with customers positively
  • Handling feedback from customers

Requirements

  • Cover may be needed at our Newcastle, Staffordshire branch so car/driving licence would be a great benefit

Working Hours

Hours of work will be Saturday & Sunday and minimum of two days during the week. Days during the week can be flexible, however the candidate must be able to work weekends and school holidays.

We operate shifts so your hours may be spread across daytimes and weekends, and you must be available to work throughout weekends/half terms and school holidays. Shifts can vary from week to week depending on the business needs.
