Weekend Food & Beverage Assistant - Needed ASAP

Burleigh Court Cotswolds | Casual Weekend Position

£12.75–£13.50 per hour (depending on age and experience) + generous share of tips + free meals on duty

Burleigh Court Cotswolds is a highly rated 4 AA Star boutique hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, set within a beautiful Cotswold manor house overlooking the Golden Valley.

We're looking for friendly, reliable local people to join our Restaurant & Bar team on a casual weekend basis. This role is ideal for someone living in or around Stroud, Minchinhampton or the surrounding Cotswolds who is looking for regular weekend work in a beautiful hospitality setting.

Whether you're looking for one shift a week or more regular weekend hours, we'd be happy to discuss a pattern of work that suits both you and the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering warm, attentive service in our restaurant and bar.
  • Serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
  • Assisting with weddings, private dining and special events.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving guests professionally.
  • Serving drinks and supporting the bar team.
  • Preparing and resetting tables to our high standards.
  • Helping maintain clean, welcoming guest areas.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous hospitality experience in a restaurant, bar, café or hotel (preferred, but a great attitude is equally important).
  • Is naturally friendly, confident and enjoys working with people.
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Is reliable, well presented and works well as part of a team.
  • Remains calm and positive during busy services.
  • Can commit to regular weekend shifts.
  • Lives locally enough for this to be a practical seasonal weekend role.
