WEEKEND KITCHEN ASSISTANT

The Green Roof Cafe in Orpington is hiring

Due to the location of the Cafe, your own transport would be preferable

Weekends only Saturday/Sunday 8.30am-4.30pm (5.30pm in Summer)

Weekday work available but not compulsory

We are looking for someone to join our team in our very busy Cafe

You will be responsible for assisting Chef in the following

Preparation of

Reading/organising orders

Sandwiches

Salads

Good knife skills required

Ciabattas/Paninis

Garnishes

As a small team you must be flexible and other duties will include

Moving tables outside cafe

Operating dishwasher

Delivering food to tables/general Cafe Duties

You must be physically fit

The cafe is busy. You must be able to work well under pressure and with your peers, you must be presentable and have a good command of English

A minimum of two years experience is essential for this position, please do not apply if you do not have the necessary skills
