Job Description - Breakfast Chef - Mary and Me

Location - blackfriars bridge, London

Hours - Monday to Friday, 6.45AM - 2.45PM

Type - Full-time, No Evening Shifts

About Us

Mary and Me is a vibrant café located in the near blackfriars station, known for serving a delicious range of breakfast options to our loyal customers. We pride ourselves on delivering quick service and high-quality meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our team. The role involves preparing and cooking classic English breakfasts, as well as other popular menu items such as Eggs Benedict. This is a fast-paced environment where the ability to work efficiently under pressure is essential, while also maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

- Prepare and cook breakfast items, including traditional English breakfasts and Eggs Benedict, to a high standard.

- Manage the kitchen efficiently, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served promptly.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the café team to ensure a smooth service and an excellent customer experience.

For your information - the kitchen is small and compact.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.

- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
