Join the Rainbowls Team – Weekend Roles for 16–19 Year Olds - Cheltenham

We’re growing our Rainbowls family and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable weekend team members to join us in the heart of Cheltenham. No barista or cafe experience is needed just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a love for great food and good vibes.

At Rainbowls, we serve fresh acai bowls, poke bowls, buddha bowls, superfood lattes and more, all in a bright, welcoming, feel-good atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service

• Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Helping guests choose from our menu
• Making sure everyone feels welcome and looked after
• Taking orders via our POS system

Food Preparation

• Making acai bowls, poke bowls and other menu items (full training provided)
• Following simple recipes and keeping things clean and organised

Barista Tasks (Training Provided)

• Learning how to use the coffee machine
• Preparing basic coffees and superfood lattes
• Keeping the drinks station tidy

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Keeping the cafe clean and presentable
• Following our hygiene and safety standards
• Helping with closing duties if on an evening shift

Teamwork

• Supporting your teammates during busy periods
• Communicating clearly and helping out where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Age 16–19 and available to work weekends
• Friendly, positive and eager to learn
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and a great team player
• No experience needed full training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
