Care Assistant - Domiciliary - Weekends

Pay: £ 15.00 Per Hour
Hours: Part-time available (and contracted hours)
Mileage paid at 35p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)

We are recruiting Care Assistants for our part-time care jobs. Flexible hours are available, with contracted hours if you are interested. We particularly need carers to work early mornings (7am9am) and evenings (7pm10pm).

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:

  • Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)

  • Administer medications safely as per guidance

  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing

  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs

  • Support with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)

  • Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

  • Keep accurate care records and daily observations

Requirements for Care Assistant:

  • Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance

  • Right to work in the UK

  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

  • Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential we provide full training
