Full job description

Drone Show Assistant

Lumina is looking for a practical, reliable Drone Show Assistant to support our drone light show operations across the UK.

This is a part-time position with the potential to progress into full-time work for the right person.

The role

You will support the team in delivering drone light show events, including:

  • Loading and unloading vans, equipment and drones
  • Assisting with event setup, pack-down and general site operations
  • Travelling throughout the UK for shows and operational days
  • Completing training to qualify as a Visual Observer for drone operations
  • Supporting the team during live drone light show displays
  • Driving vans and helping transport equipment safely between locations

Essential requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confidence driving, including Luton vans
  • Comfortable with physical work, including loading and unloading equipment
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional overnight stays
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
