Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Weekend Cleaner to join our dynamic team! You must be able to drive to commute to jobs with equipment. Air Bnb change overs in Stapleford and Borrowash between the hours of 10am-2:30pm Saturday and Sunday. This energetic role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. As a Weekend Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are spotless and well-maintained during weekend hours, contributing to a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help uphold our reputation for cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance issues
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to management
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled shifts while adhering to quality standards
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and supply inventory levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
