Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland's only destination spa.

Working 3-4 days per week (including some weekends) on shifts between 7am & 10pm.

Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial.

Requirements

  • Good communication and people skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work to a high degree of accuracy

Main Duties

  • Welcoming our guests on arrival
  • Attending to our guests needs throughout their stay
  • Invoicing & collecting payments
  • Banking
  • Telephone enquiries
