Community Concierge (Host, Hype-Maker, Experience Creator) – Manchester

Location: Manchesters On-site at our brand-new student living destination
Part-time Weekend role available - 20 hours Per week

Fusion Students are launching one of Manchesters' most exciting new student living destinations and we’re looking for a Community Concierge to help bring the vibe to life.

This isn’t your typical front desk role. Think hotel-style hosting meets community-building energy. You’ll be the face, the energy, and the go-to person who turns a building into a buzzing community.

What you’ll be doing

- Bringing the energy by welcoming residents, guests and visitors with a big smile and personality
- Hosting viewings and helping future residents fall in love with the space and lifestyle
- Supporting bookings, enquiries and all things leasing alongside the Sales team
- Helping plan and build the student experience before opening
- Getting involved in marketing buzz, social content and local outreach
- Working closely with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- Leading events, creating moments and building daily community life
