Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is particularly suited for individuals with a background in hospitality or hotel services, as attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly presented.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet cleaning schedules.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
