At Home Instead Kidderminster, we help older adults stay happy, safe, and independent in the place they love most — their own home.

What You’ll Love About Working With Us:

  • Hourly visits between 7am to 10pm– with guaranteed breaks during the day
  • You must be able to work either every weekend or Every other weekend
  • Minimum 1-hour visits so you have time to give real, unrushed care
  • Consistent schedules
  • Excellent pay plus mileage and travel paid
  • Full training & ongoing support — no experience needed, just kindness and reliability
